About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at LF Logistics Services (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan picking and receiving activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound movements.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that pick lists are released promptly.
  • Enforce adherence to all operational processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system records.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Resolve issues such as short picks, extra picks, wrong picks, and location errors with the inventory team.
  • Attend ad-hoc inspections required by customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for downline workers/Warehouse Operatives.
  • Monitor and record attendance and activities of downline workers.
  • Supervise the maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Control overtime within agreed limits.
  • Develop and implement job training programs for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards at all times.
  • Promote and implement the 5S concept throughout the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Preferably a degree holder in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
  • Diploma or college undergraduate with 2 years relevant work experience.
  • SAP/WMS system knowledge.
  • Experience in managing inventory, inbound & outbound.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations.
Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • People management skills (human and equipment).
  • Planning, organizing, delegating, and analytical skills.
