Job Summary:

Your responsibilities will include executing trade control and chemical regulation-related activities for BASF companies, contributing to productivity and efficiency, and supporting internal and external audits. You will also be responsible for reviewing, updating, and improving related work documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement compliance policies and BASF minimum requirements across departments
  • Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including supply chain, customer services, and technical experts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific area, preferably in Chemistry or related Science discipline

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in chemical regulation, product regulatory affairs, or relevant work experience in Product Safety and Stewardship activities

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in Chemistry-related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred and experience in SAP application is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English
  • Experience in technology or digital-related skill or tool is an advantage, e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
