Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and prevent monetary misappropriation.
  • Revenue Transaction Oversight: Oversee and verify all revenue transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance, examine transactions, and ensure trial balances are accurate.
  • Creditworthiness Assessment: Access and manage the creditworthiness of tenants/members and maintain credit controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Xero, SQL, or other SAAS-based platforms.
