About the Role
  • This role will focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), playing a critical part in our strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A, with strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills. They must also have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess potential acquisition and investment targets.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop strategic investment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A.
  • Must have Big 4/ Big 10 Background prior/current.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
