Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Executive to manage our company's financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and internal controls
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors
  • Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP, accounting software)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
