  • Assist in drafting HR-related documentation and materials, ensuring compliance with external legal requirements.">
  • Deliver HR data analysis; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that support business issue diagnosis, employee engagement improvement, and/or business performance enhancement.">
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compensation strategies align with employee performance and organizational goals.">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR-related degree is an advantage).">
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions or administrative roles; fresh graduates with strong internships or training may also be considered.">
  • Basic understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, or compensation & benefits.">
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices is a plus.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team.">
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.">
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a growth mindset; open to taking on new challenges.">
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and handle data confidentially.">
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.">
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.">
