The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical solution development, and project management. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing current capabilities, defining requirements, and managing project-level requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our company's business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing technical solutions to business problems by assessing current capabilities and defining requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and technical solution providers, ensuring that requirements are addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented.
- Analyze data to resolve production issues, support project tasks, and help plants and users adopt IT solutions.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Assist with business case planning and monitoring.
- Plan and organize requirements, translating and simplifying them for stakeholders.
- Manage requirements communication and analysis, including test conditions and expected results.
- Analyze applications, conduct testing, and provide user training and assessment.
- Provide day-to-day support to plants and users, coordinating with the application support team.
- Prepare clear and accurate communications, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or degree in an engineering/computer software/user experience discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role.
- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Execution Systems Administration/Development/Testing.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems & Automation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
