Job Description

  • Promote and offer consultation on advanced engineering solutions related to Quality Assurance/Control, Production Engineering, and R&D in various manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualify customers and set up appointments.
  • Perform on-site visits and demonstrate technical solutions to end-users.
  • Understand customer operations and perform application testing to propose tailored solutions.
  • Oversee sales activities for specific product lines within an assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  2. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred).
  3. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – no prior experience needed.
  5. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel regularly.
  6. Able to work physically from our Penang-based office.
