  • You will review and manage Hadoop log files.
  • You will install, add, and remove Hadoop services, roles, and instances as needed.
  • You will implement new user requirements, including data extraction from source systems into Hadoop systems.

KPI Measures

  • Maintain high system availability (99.9%) based on ICT desired benchmark.
  • Complete change requests on time (>90%).
  • Closed incidents/work orders on time (>95%).
  • Propose improvements to current data lake performance (at least 3 per quarter).
  • Conduct transfer of knowledge sessions.
