Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support the design and implementation of civil and structural works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to required specifications, budget goals, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering design, calculation, testing, and validation to support assigned tasks.
  • Supervise and review designed drawings produced by the draughtsman.
  • Assist senior team members with related analyses, designs, and computations.
  • Prepare specifications, proposals, and other documentations under close supervision, applying standard methods and techniques in solving problems.
  • Submit high-quality work accurately, including routine letters, reports, standard documentation, presentations, etc.
  • Provide all information in an organized manner within the agreed timeframe.
  • Complete BIM model training.
  • Ensure projects comply with standard safety, health, and environmental guidelines as established by the authority.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with standard code of practice.
  • Ensure BIM models achieve minimum accuracy for quantity take-off.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors and/or management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent fields.
  • Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
  • Fresh graduates/Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of design, construction, and building systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Able to work at Kluang, Johor.
