Job Description

The Performance Management Specialist will report directly to the Head of Transformation Office and SSC. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of workforce planning within the SSC, ensuring sufficient resources are available for effective and efficient service delivery.

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, tracking, and presenting Shared Services KPIs/Metrics to drive performance improvements;
  2. Supervising the smooth transition of work coming into the SSC, minimizing disruption to internal and external stakeholders;
  3. Collaborating with other departments/units to build relationships, align objectives, and ensure a seamless flow of information and processes;

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, with at least 7 years of experience in shared services or business process outsourcing environments.
