We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team. As a P2P operations lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely update and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to P2P services.
  • Lead the Country P2P Community and support Global P2P KPIs analysis reports to improve P2P performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize structure and processes to enable effective and efficient operations.
RequirementsEducation
  • Minimum diploma/degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Information Systems (IT).
Working Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant 'Purchase-to-Pay' areas.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
  • Profound knowledge of P2P services and processes in BASF.
  • Deep understanding of SAP R3 and S/4 Hana, including P2P and cross-topic areas.
  • Competency in computer applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
