Position : Account Assistant Cum Admin

Working hour : 9am - 5pm MON - FRI, 9am - 2pm SAT (alternate)

**Job Description**:
1. Monitor and track payments from customers and follow up on overdue payments.

2. Maintain a systematic approach to ensure timely payment collection.

3. Maintain accurate and up to date records of accounts receivable transactions.

4. Organise and file invoices, receipts and related documents

5. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment related inquiries.

6. Provide excellent customer service in addressing payment concerns.

7. Provide support to the team as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of account principles, particularly accounts receivable processes.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Good communication skills with ability to interact at all levels

5. Proficient in using basic computer software (eg. Microsoft Excel, Word).

6. Possess car and a valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
