**Responsibility**:

- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, completing paperwork and orientation promptly.
- Maintain updated employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, liaising with providers and resolving inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks to support HR functions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration /Finance or any relevant business studies.
- Extensive knowledge in payroll & office management
- Fluent in English & Malay speaking is preferred
- Well verse with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
- Able to use (SQL CONNECT PAYROLL & ACCOUNTS)
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
