Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation
- Provide administrative support including handling stock count, photocopy
- Handle administration works
- Assist HR Manager for monitor the attendance and leave form.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Making reservations for travel, placement and transportation
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Schedule appointments, meetings and take detailed minutes
- To assist in project administrations.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM1,999.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
