Job Summary

This role involves a mix of routine tasks and projects that require analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Main Duties
  • Verify and process vendor invoices and credit notes in accordance with purchase orders
  • Manage payment requests and ensure timely completion before scheduled payment runs
  • Coordinate the end-to-end processing of intercompany invoices
  • Compile supplier statement reconciliations at month-end, reviewed by the team lead
  • Review and audit employee travel expense reports according to country-specific rules and tax regulations
  • Communicate with employees regarding travel expense payments
  • Participate in Oracle UAT sessions for system enhancements and customizations
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and contribute to Empower Workshops
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
