Job Summary

Prometric Ireland Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our channel network operations in Asia and ANZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of test center operations, including establishing new test centers, training proctors, and ensuring service level agreement adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage channel networks and operations in Asia and ANZ, ensuring high-quality test center operations and optimized costs.
  • Forge close partnerships with local sales teams to provide channel solutions to clients and serve as a local contact.
  • Optimize operational effectiveness by ensuring test centers and managers comply with procedures and standards.
  • Track multiple projects and tasks on time, set performance goals and deadlines, and present workable solutions to complex problems.
  • Take ownership of achieving the Channel team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, with a strong drive for continuous learning and work ethics.
  • High integrity, trust, and reliability, with the ability to understand and explain the need for balance between efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Solid experience in onboarding and growing high-quality performance delivery channels in Asia and ANZ markets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
