District Coach

The District Coach leads a few stores within a region, ensuring the company strategies and KPIs are met.
This entails leading and developing the restaurant store managers and assisting them to operate at a higher level to drive business results.
The District Coach is accountable for meeting performance targets and having all stores in their area meet minimum standards of quality (food and service).
They are also responsible for developing strategies to improve their areas & performance while ensuring a positive environment and atmosphere at work and for customers..
**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities.
- Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI’s.
- Full P&L responsibility (sales performance to cost management) for their territory.
- Deliver a superior customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improved operational performance at each store through regular store visits.
- Lead and guide managers to manage their stores effectively providing them with consultation for operational effectiveness - best practice.
- Identify and develop key talent within their territory.
- Identify and resolve business risks/issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain updated operation documentation for reference purposes.
- Lead the development and deployment of local marketing strategies to grow sales in each store while constantly practicing the Boat Noodle values.
- Share best practices from their stores with management and other stores.
- Lead and motivate staff to enhance employee satisfaction and increase staff retention.
- Ensure all managers and crew are trained regularly on service, operations procedures and business processes.
- Communicate Company direction clearly to all employees regularly.
- Ensuring that a performance development system is religiously followed.
- Effective dealing with poor performers.
- Effective dealing with customer complaints.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities as required from time to time by the Operations Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Proven operational management working experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage and drive growth.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experiences as Store Lead (for at least 36 months) or as an ASM for at least 24 months. (Or lesser if promoted to SM earlier)
- Valid driving license and reliable transportationistrict Coach (District Manager)
**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
