  2. Haulage and Transportation Coordination: Coordinate all haulage and transportation requirements and ensure the vendors adhere to GAC instructions and schedules.
  3. Operational Documentation: Coordinate all other operational and documentation requirements and ensure the operational runners carry out their job in an efficient, effective, and economical manner.
  4. KPI Job Record Update: Update KPI Job Record on a daily basis.
  5. Issue Escalation: Escalate any operational issues to line manager.
  6. Contactability: Be contactable at all times.
Requirements:
  1. CUSTOMS EXPERIENCE: Experience and familiarity with Malaysia Customs Declaration (K1, K2, K4, K8, etc.).
  2. LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. GOVERNMENT PROCEDURES: Knowledge of Malaysia government procedures and regulations, including import, export & customs procedures and permit applications.
  5. NEXT LEVEL KNOWLEDGE: Advantageous knowledge of MITI's Permit applications, etc.: COO/FTA/AP, etc.
  6. SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, with exposure to the government sector preferred.
