About the Job

This role provides personal assistant and secretarial support to the Division EXCO, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office administration, including coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan (BCM) matters, including updating the department's structured 'Call Tree' and conducting fire drill exercises.
  • Support HR and Finance administrative matters, such as monitoring e-learning completion, performance management conversations, and staff engagement surveys.
  • Drive staff engagement activities, including quarterly staff engagement, team building, town hall, and staff annual party.
  • Ensure the team complies with Company policies and standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
