The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the overall performance of an individual store, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Analyze selling information and take responsibility for the store sales performance.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • An understanding of store operation routines (delivery, stock, inventory, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of best practice in employee relations.
