School Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Counselor to join our team at UCSI International School Sdn Bhd. As a School Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents to ensure the social, emotional, and educational wellbeing of all students.

• Guidance and Counselling: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students, teachers, and parents to address social, emotional, and academic concerns.
• Student Support: Develop and implement guidance programs to support students' personal growth, social skills, and academic achievement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and principal to develop and implement a comprehensive guidance and counselling program.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure the wellbeing of all students.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in guidance and counselling.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in guidance and counselling.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and strong organisational skills.
