Administrative Support Staff

We are MERCANTILE SHARED SERVICES SDN BHD, a dynamic organization seeking an enthusiastic and reliable part-time administrative assistant to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as email management, document preparation, and data entry duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid foundation in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Furthermore, you must be fluent in both English and Malay languages.
This is a part-time position, working 8 hours per month at RM8/hour, with no remote work options available. Our office is based in the KL area, and we provide a motivating work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to develop your skills in a supportive team.
- VERIFICATION OF VOICE TRANSCRIPTS
- PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED BY CLIENTS
- HANDLING EMAIL EXCHANGE WITH CLIENTS
- ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS TO THE RELEVANT TEAM
- MUST HAVE CAPACITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PROJECTS CONCURRENTLY
