Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a talented Production Supervisor to lead our production team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve quality, efficiency, and productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of processes and manage daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the production team to deliver key performance metrics, focusing on core 5 and 9 panel metrics.
  • Collaborating with warehouse, quality assurance, bulk-packaging, and sterilization teams to ensure timely product shipment.
  • Ensuring high standards of GMP/Housekeeping within the department through effective team member engagement.
  • Providing cross-functional support to QA, materials, IS, and HR teams.
  • Negotiating with other manufacturing teams and logistics to prioritize backorders.
  • Executing administrative tasks such as Time and Attendance system, Holiday planning, Build Plan review Back Order review, Travel planning etc.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the production environment.
  • At least 3 year(s) of experience in direct reports management.
  • Junior Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Required skills: supervisory, people management, communication, capacity planning, problem solving, operations management, computer proficiency.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
