Job description for Facility & EHS Internship.
1) Performing EHS inspection and/or site audit.
2) Supporting EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPI) excellence including but
limited to concern and findings
3) Other technical and general duties as required and requested in support of the
site EHS department.
4) Respond to machine/equipment’s breakdown, perform corrective maintenance
and record the actions into a breakdown report.
5) Plan and carry out Preventive Maintenance as spelled in Preventive Maintenance
Schedule for machine/equipment’s.
6) Assist external vendor/supplier during contract Preventive Maintenance are carry
out.
7) Escalate to Productions: Co-head and Maintenance/Facilities Executive if any
abnormalities of machine/equipment during its operation.
8) Data collection of specified machine/equipment’s operational parameters.
9) Ensure all documentation are properly recorded and updated.
10)Any other duties assigned by Productions: Co-head and Maintenance/Facilities
