Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Planning and Coaching: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets, and coach the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  2. Trade and Channel Development: Collaborate with distributor/wholesaler sales teams and PIC to drive and increase both shipment and in-market sales, and explore new business opportunities across channels.
  3. Route to Market Strategy: Plan and execute route to market strategy in the area of distribution and coverage for the assigned region.
  4. Trade Spend Management: Manage effective trade spend by devising promotional plans and optimizing budget utilization.
  5. Trade Execution Excellence: Work closely with and coach distributor/wholesaler sales teams to ensure trade execution excellence.
Requirements
  1. Education: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a relevant business-related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience required, with strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  3. Regional Knowledge: Well-versed in managing business operations within the appointed Malaysia region.
  4. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience in creating change, challenging the status quo, and establishing a product category or brand.
