Hiredly X is seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of reusable components with React, collaborating with backend developers, and taking ownership of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-quality front-end libraries using React.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into robust code.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, deployment, support, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively in teams, valuing and incorporating ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts.
  • Produce high-quality code with comprehensive documentation, ensuring integrity, security, and adherence to best practices.
  • Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
  • Set realistic deadlines and consistently meet them.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens.
  • Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to complete tasks independently.
