We are now seeking a skilled Client Support Manager to join our operations team and provide critical support to our clients and stakeholders.

As a Client Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships across media operations, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to processes and SOPs. You will also be responsible for supporting client onboarding and offboarding, approving invoices, reconciling media deliveries with suppliers, and conducting billing audits.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience in billing, financial tracking, or procurement systems. Knowledge of media operations, budgeting, invoicing, and supplier reconciliation is an asset.
