About the Position:
As a Quality and Reliability Assurance Specialist at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our DRAM products. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage FA of Customer Concerns: Manage customer complaints, conduct analysis, and communicate results to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate detailed component level analysis and interpret results: Analyze data from various sources, identify trends and variations, and communicate results to customers.
- Provide FA Reports to External Customers: Create comprehensive reports summarizing RMA background and FA results, including root cause analysis and recommended improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Physics/Computer Engineering or meaningful experience.
- Able to use Excel/JMP for data analysis.
- Able to work independently with less job supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across various functional teams.
- Good and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset.
