We are looking for a Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team at Deriv, a global leader in online trading. Main Duties:- Compliance Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, indirect taxes, withholding tax, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Financial Analysis: Perform tax-related financial analysis, including effective tax rate calculations, deferred tax positions, and tax-related contingencies.
- Audit Defence: Formulate and implement strategies towards the resolution of tax disputes, audits, and litigation in order to safeguard Deriv's interests.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled tax professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and a CPA qualification. They should also possess strong communication, stakeholder management and time management skills.
