This position offers a unique opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders, including Scientific Affairs, RD&A, Quality, and Account Managers, to ensure that all customer-facing information is accurate, consistent, and efficiently delivered.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day regulatory queries and information fulfillment from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute regulatory product documentation and requests within agreed service timelines.
  2. Manage technical and customer documents and data using established processes and structures.
  3. Develop and maintain various documents including technical documentation for commercialized products and standard operating procedures.
  4. Establish effective working relationships between internal (RDA, QA, Operations, Commercial) and external stakeholders.
  5. Meet individual and overall department Key Performance Indicators while striving for excellence in KPI-related activities.
  6. Drive continuous excellence initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Conduct administrative tasks within defined guidelines including maintaining records, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Life Science discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or R&D.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management and regulation associated with the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading discussions and presentations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams for common objectives and goals.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Optiva, Power BI, and Salesforce systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to provide accurate regulatory guidance and decision-making support.
