Role SummaryChefs' Partner MY seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing your accounts, delivering exceptional service, being a product expert, and staying organized and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage & Grow Your Accounts
Visit customers daily to meet sales targets, build strong relationships, and keep key accounts thriving. Identify new business opportunities in the food service sector. - Deliver Exceptional Service
Respond quickly to orders, inquiries, and complaints. Offer product recommendations to boost sales. Ensure product availability and quality to keep customers happy. - Be a Product Expert
Stay up to date on all product categories. Conduct product demos and presentations. Gather market insights on trends, competitors, and pricing. - Stay Organized & Tech-Savvy
Use our digital tools and ERP system. Keep customer data updated for seamless sales tracking. Work with the team to forecast demand and manage stock.
- At least 1- or 2-years working experience as a Sales Executive in the food and distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
