Role Summary

Chefs' Partner MY seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing your accounts, delivering exceptional service, being a product expert, and staying organized and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage & Grow Your Accounts
    Visit customers daily to meet sales targets, build strong relationships, and keep key accounts thriving. Identify new business opportunities in the food service sector.
  2. Deliver Exceptional Service
    Respond quickly to orders, inquiries, and complaints. Offer product recommendations to boost sales. Ensure product availability and quality to keep customers happy.
  3. Be a Product Expert
    Stay up to date on all product categories. Conduct product demos and presentations. Gather market insights on trends, competitors, and pricing.
  4. Stay Organized & Tech-Savvy
    Use our digital tools and ERP system. Keep customer data updated for seamless sales tracking. Work with the team to forecast demand and manage stock.
Requirements
  • At least 1- or 2-years working experience as a Sales Executive in the food and distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
