Financial Administrator

This role is centered around managing financial activities. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for tracking bills and payments, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Preferably minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.
