Job Description

This role is centered around managing financial activities. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for tracking bills and payments, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Preferably minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.
