The Client Experience Executive will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support across the customer journey. This role involves handling inquiries, managing accounts, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts by updating information, tracking issues, and following up with customers.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers by providing pre-transaction support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
