Role Overview

  4. Managing training enrollments and processing HRDC grant applications and claims.
  5. Offering exceptional service to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all HR activities.
  7. Completing additional tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
