Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Accounting and Clerical Support
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain a set of accounting documents, records, and filings.
  • Handle full sets of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports, statutory financial statements, and consolidated accounts.
  • Prepare management and financial statement analysis reports.
  • Participate in the annual external audit process, annual internal audit process, and monthly and yearly account closing processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and governmental agencies as required.
  • Maintain proper finance reports and filing system at all times.
  • Assist with administrative or other duties as required by management.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Possess an LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, or related Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting Department.
  • Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting Procedures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Accounting Systems.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to work Independently and with Teams.
