We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Specialist to join our Legal and Trust Management team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This full-time position will report to the Assistant Manager and provide regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our department's growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for opening and closing bank accounts, including coordinating necessary approvals and documentation from personnel involved. They will ensure accurate completion of all forms, agreements, and other necessary documentation for new accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the opening and closing of bank accounts, including coordination with banks and personnel
- Ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation for new accounts

- Maintaining thorough documentation for each bank account, including KYC and AML requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business Administration, as well as experience in banking, treasury operations, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ViewPoint system.
