Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer's iOS/MAC hardware and software issues.

  • Maintain good condition of tools and equipment used for service purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification with experience in sales & service.

  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player, also able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Proficient in computer hardware/software troubleshooting, experience with iOS/MAC will be an added advantage.
