About the Role
As a Senior Translation Specialist at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in securing our present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Verifier community, ensuring seamless workflow transitions.
- Accurately translate quality documents from one language to another, maintaining consistency with Sanofi-specific terminology and adhering to established quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on translated documents, reviewing content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Manage and maintain a centralized terminology database, ensuring consistent and standardized translation.
About You
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Have minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in documentation, preferably in a GxP environment.
- Be fluent in Japanese (write, speak, read) and possess excellent English communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Showcase strong analytical skills, agility, and adaptability in complex environments.
- Possess sufficient skills in Quality DMS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
