Job Description

This role involves assisting the QA Manager in managing customer complaints and shipment failures. You will:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Responsibilities

In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing complaint logs and relevant documentation.
  • Facilitating shipment failures investigations through CAPA systems.
  • Driving analysis of complaint and shipment failures data for improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
