Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for our clients.

As a D365 CE Developer, you will work closely with our solution architects to identify business requirements and design technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for configuring and customizing new solutions using the latest technologies such as Power Platform and Azure.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for clients.
  • Configure and customize new solutions using Power Platform and Azure.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Maintain frequent communication with team members and work closely with them throughout the development process.
  • Analyze technical requirements and determine user needs.
  • Develop and maintain Rest/Soap APIs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in CRM (D365/Salesforce/ServiceNow/Custom) with extensive industry knowledge.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and knowledge of other Dynamics 365 apps.
  • Experience in leveraging the MS Power & Azure Platform.
  • Implementation of Dynamics 365 CE (and prior versions) in an organization with more than 1k users.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and technical skills combined with excellent planning and organizational skills.
