About the Role

KITSUI is seeking an experienced Retail Key Account Senior Executive to join our sales team. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key retail partners.

You will need to negotiate trade terms, pricing, product listings, and in-store placements to maximize brand exposure. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring sell-in and sell-out data to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless stock replenishment and timely fulfillment of retail orders. Furthermore, you will provide data-driven insights on sales trends, inventory turnover, and category performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, product listings, and in-store placements to maximize brand exposure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key retail partners.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure brand visibility across pharmacy retail chains.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management within Watsons or other pharmacy retail chains.
  • Strong background in sales negotiation, trade marketing, and in-store promotions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with buyers and category managers.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, inventory planning, and category management.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) with strong professional communication skills.
