Logistics Business Development Strategist

You will be part of our Project Logistics team, adding your expertise and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key ObjectivesYour primary goal is to drive business growth in Project Logistics, focusing on our renewable energy customer base. You will achieve this by coordinating all business development actions and identifying opportunities while emphasizing the following key objectives:
- To develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies for customer account plans and maintain a strong business pipeline to gain market share.
- To meet assigned sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- To conduct market research and oversee infrastructure surveys as needed.
- To provide a compelling value proposition to customers by leveraging our competitive advantages.
- To identify and develop business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- To build a robust network with external key stakeholders.
- To collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- To understand and communicate operational requirements and customer expectations to internal parties, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- To lead customer management, participate in customer onboarding, and implement standard operating procedures and key performance indicators (SOP/KPI), as well as prepare and execute quarterly business reviews (QBR).
