Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will lead and manage people management-related agenda within the Bank, fostering strong relationships between HR and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions that meet business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage people management-related agenda within the Bank.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships between HR and the business.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from request to onboarding activities.
  5. Collaborate with business units to better understand recruitment needs and selection requirements.
  6. Identify and attract candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms.
  7. Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to recruitment.
  9. Verify accuracy of data and completion of necessary processes.
  10. Update and manage necessary trackers, reports, and recruitment-related payments.
  11. Plan and manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth day-one experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, employment legislations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Experience in Business Partnering roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
