About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand market share in Southeast Asia.
    • Achieve revenue targets by driving business development efforts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Management & Business Development:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
    • Lead negotiations and contract development to ensure favourable terms for the company.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the region.
    • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on pricing strategies, customer feedback, and industry developments.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the aquaculture, seafood, or FMCG industry. Proven track record in B2B sales, market expansion, and key account management is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of MYR 12,000 - 16,000 per month (based on experience).
  • A commission-based bonus on net sales revenue above agreed quarterly targets.
  • An annual performance bonus based on achieving key sales milestones and strategic goals.
