We're looking for an experienced AML Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and steering our high-performing Compliance Operations team. As a key member of our compliance function, you'll collaborate closely with senior management and other stakeholders to evolve and enhance our AML/CFT framework.

You'll be responsible for keeping your finger on the pulse of AML/CFT regulatory developments affecting Deriv Group, proactively identifying changes and addressing compliance gaps. You'll also lead bi-annual reviews and updates of company policies and procedures, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to enhance transaction monitoring, detect emerging threats, and improve decision-making across compliance operations. You'll also oversee client behaviour monitoring systems that detect and report suspicious activities.

We're committed to creating a culture of compliance awareness throughout our organisation. As an AML Manager, you'll deliver engaging AML/CFT training to employees and outsourced personnel, building a culture of compliance awareness.
