Internal Communications
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications plans to engage employees and enhance our company culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute engaging internal events and campaigns.
  • Manage our intranet site and pages to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Support regional offices in sending weekly news and responding to ad-hoc requests.
External Communications
  • Provide translation and copy-checking services for BM press releases, product collaterals, and campaign materials.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and verbal).
