Administrative Services Coordinator

The HR Admin Executive plays a vital role in supporting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring that all employee-related documents are prepared and processed accurately.
This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures is also essential.
As an HR Admin Executive, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, assist with payroll administration and employee data management, and coordinate employee benefits. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
