About Our Client

Our client, Second Talent, is a licensed retail design agency based in Hong Kong and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. We specialize in bespoke retail environments that harmonize creative flair with strategic brand objectives.

A nimble team of designers and freelancers is set to expand our permanent headcount to meet rising demand for premium visual concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative branding, packaging, and graphic designs tailored for retail projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder and design team to execute high-end visual concepts.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to client branding guidelines and current market trends.
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for end-to-end design execution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
  • Stay abreast of industry design trends and introduce cutting-edge graphic solutions.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years' proven experience in graphic, packaging, or branding design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating retail and commercial design work at a premium level.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Background in the retail or commercial sector is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a hybrid team setup.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
