Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- SAP Configuration: Developing and implementing SAP SD module configurations to meet business requirements, customizing SAP functionalities as needed to enhance system capabilities and address specific business needs.
- Implementation: Participating in SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment of solutions, coordinating with project stakeholders to define project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operation.
- Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support for SAP modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents and optimizing system performance, collaborating with end-users to understand their requirement and providing effective solutions and support.
- Integration and Testing: Integrating SAP SD modules with other SAP modules and third-party applications, conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
- Documentation and Training: Documenting SAP configuration, processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference, conducting training sessions for end-users on functionalities, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of SAP systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field, solid understanding of SAP SD modules and underlying business processes related to procurement, inventory management, sales, and distribution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support, preferably in retail industry, experience with SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA.
